1. Who we are

Zeas Design (ZEASDESIGN) is a design and development studio based in Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at henry@zeasdesign.ca. These terms apply to visitors of the website and to clients who engage the studio for a project.

2. Use of this website

You may browse this site and use the quote estimator and AI assistant for evaluating a project. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial use without permission.
• Use the contact form, quote estimator, or AI assistant to submit spam, malicious content, or attempts to manipulate the underlying AI system.

3. AI-generated content

The chat assistant and quote estimator on this site are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes. Prices, timelines, and recommendations they produce are non-binding estimates, not a contract or a guaranteed quote. A firm scope, price, and timeline are only confirmed once agreed in writing between you and the studio.

4. Project engagements

• Every client project is governed by its own signed proposal or statement of work, which sets out scope, price, payment schedule, and timeline. These terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.
• Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, assets) transfers to the client once paid in full.
• Third-party costs — domain registration, app store fees, hosting, paid APIs and the like — are billed separately unless explicitly included in the proposal.
• Either party may end an engagement per the terms of the signed agreement; work completed up to that point is payable.

5. No warranty

This website and its tools (including the AI assistant and estimator) are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeas Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For client engagements, liability is limited as set out in the signed project agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
